Please note that on the 9th printing there was one change that didn’t make it into the printed book. Page 1-2, 2nd paragraph, 8th line currently reads “The claims must be filed within four years under the state’s statute of limitations.” It should read “The claims must be filed within a specific time period as noted in commissioner administrative rules.”
The focused observation instruments and the other forms available for download are copyrighted by the Texas School Administrators’ Legal Digest. However, the copyright is waived for individual purchasers of the book for their own downloading and use.
