Relating to the rights of public school educators and assistance provided to public schools by the Texas Education Agency related to public school educators.
SB 226 West
Relating to establishing residency for children who are the subject of parental child safety placement agreements for purposes of admission into public schools.
SB 326 King
Relating to the procedure for determining whether a student’s violation of a public school’s or public institution of higher education’s student code of conduct was motivated by antisemitism.
SB 570 Bettencourt | et al.
Relating to an attendance policy adopted by public schools to prevent truancy.
SB 605 West
Relating to the establishment of a new open-enrollment charter school campus by certain charter holders and to the expansion of an open-enrollment charter school.
SB 870 Birdwell
Relating to the open carrying of a handgun by a uniformed school marshal.
SB 991 Bettencourt
Relating to the inclusion of chronically absent and truant students as students at risk of dropping out of school and the collection and reporting of data regarding those students.
SB 1871 Perry | et al.
Relating to discipline management, including the offense of exhibiting, using, or threatening to exhibit or use a firearm or weapon in or on school property or on a school bus, and access to telehealth mental health services in public schools.

Relating to the expulsion of a public school student for engaging in conduct that constitutes certain offenses.

Relating to students enrolled in public schools subject to in-school or out-of-school suspension.

Relating to immunity from certain disciplinary proceedings against a professional employee of a school district for certain actions concerning public school discipline and law and order.

Relating to the enforcement of certain criminal offenses on school property
SB 1925 Creighton
Relating to truancy.
