About the National Educators for Restorative Practices Conference

The use of Restorative Practices in schools is a modern approach that is quickly gaining traction across the country.  Educators in the classroom are looking for effective ways to improve student behaviors and build relationships with millennial learners and school administrators are looking for alternative strategies to the ineffective approaches of traditional discipline.  Last year, we debuted this conference as the TEXRP State Conference but this year we’re opening it up to people from around the country.

Two Amazing Keynote Presenters

Bestselling author and educator, Ron Clark and Joe “Mr. D” Dombrowski will be the keynotes on Monday and Tuesday.

Breakout Sessions that speak to you

There will plenty of sessions for whatever your focus is whether that’s administration, implementation, classroom circles, DAEP, SRO Officers or inspirational stories.  The full session list coming in September.

Choose Your Own Adventure or attend the Relationships in the Classroom Track

You can build your own schedule or you can take the Relationships in the Classroom Track and become a Certified Educator in Restorative Practices (CERP).  You’ll get to attend both keynote presentations and attend two breakout sessions of your choice, but you’ll spend the majority of your two days with Alan Krenek of NEDRP in a training on Teaching with a Relational Mindset. (Limited to the first 75 people who sign up.)
